The guard joins San Antonio teammates Duncan and Bowen, Phoenix’s Bell and Denver’s Camby on the first team. Lakers guard Kobe Bryant was selected to the NBA All-Defensive first team for the seventh time, joining San Antonio forward Tim Duncan, who made his 10th straight first team, and the Spurs’ Bruce Bowen.
